On sign in screen, for the first-time user can sign up either using a Google account (currently not functional) or by clicking on the Register link which redirects to sign up screen.

Screen -Sign-in

In screen, User must enter the required details such as Email Address and Password.

Screen-Sign up

Once all details are filled in, click on the Sign-Up button to proceed to the next step of authentication
